Beyond doing a lot of core Matrix work, Element has been busy reworking Element Web to prepare for matrix-rust-sdk; improving Element X with things like Search and Live Location Share, and also has built a load of enterprise features as a way of funding all our open source work. Our rule of thumb is that stuff which empowers the end-user is opensourced, but stuff which empowers the enterprise over the end-user goes in the enterprise products. We'd like to give a quick tour of all the work going on, both FOSS and enterprise.
